Basic parameters

1)Design pressure:

• Before level 1 pressure regulating: 25.0 MPa

• After level 1 pressure regulating: 1.5 MPa

• After level 2 pressure regulating: 0.6 MPa

• Inlet pressure: 20.0 MPa

• After level 1 pressure regulating: 0.8-0.8 MPa

• After level 2 pressure regulating: 0.2-0.6 MPa

3)Safety protection

Equipment safety protection chain including automatic cutting and automatic overpressure tossing, stepped double protection.

Automatic cut off the chain

Control system to control the chain line, chain control points are as follows:

• Gas outlet temperature of regulator station over low temperature limit

• Gas pressure after level 1 pressure regulating overpressure.

• Gas pressure after level 2 pressure regulating overpressure.

• Gas leakage alarm

When the above chain point to appear in any one or more, the way the entrance to the emergency cut-off valve shut automatically, Closed to protect downstream overall equipment.

Ultrahigh pressure loss on its own

Safety relief pipe valve are set on the pipeline after per level pressure regulating, when the pressure over the set value after the level 1 pressure regulating, the primary release valve automatically opens release; when the pressure over the set value after the level 2 pressure regulating, the secondary release valve automatically opens release.
